The UAM+CSIC CIE has scientific infrastructure to support research that is highly significant in the various areas of strategic specialisation. Many of these infrastructure items constitute services and platforms that are available at the various centres and that can be consulted on their websites. During the first phase of the project, a major effort has been made in coordinating and setting up campus platforms, and this effort is ongoing. The aim is to have a competitive and well-structured scientific-technological offering at the UAM+CSIC CIE in the near future, providing services to the scientific community on the campus and to institutions, organisations and public and private companies, from both Spain and abroad.
